Information we collect

When you submit a contact or quote form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, project interests, and message.

With your analytics consent, Google Analytics may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device category. With separate behavior consent, Microsoft Clarity may provide session recordings and heatmaps. We do not sell your personal information.

How we use your information

We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, schedule showroom visits, prepare 3D designs, and provide wholesale quotes.

When you consent, we may contact you by phone or email about your project and send occasional feedback or review requests after the work is complete. Review requests are optional, are not tied to discounts or incentives, and do not ask for a particular rating.

Text messages are limited to project communications unless you separately agree to a broader SMS program. You can ask us to stop project communications at any time.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed through FormSubmit.co and may open your email client as a fallback. Customer feedback emails may be delivered through Resend. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after the corresponding consent choice and are not used on admin routes.

Our site links to Google Maps, social networks, and WhatsApp. Those services have their own privacy policies.

Data retention & security

We retain inquiry and consent records as needed to serve your project, document communication preferences, and meet business obligations. If you unsubscribe from feedback emails, we retain a suppression record so future requests are not sent. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.

Your choices

You can accept or reject analytics and behavior recording separately in the site consent controls. Every feedback email includes an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing from feedback requests does not prevent necessary one-to-one project communication. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us. California and Virginia residents may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
